Colorado real estate licensees must complete 24 hours of continuing education every 3 years by the license anniversary date. The 24 hours must include a minimum of 8 credit hours of Colorado Real Estate Commission (CREC) Annual Update Courses (two 4-hour courses) and a minimum of 16 hours of electives.
This package includes the 4-hr core course for 2008 and 8 hours of electives. This package is for the student who already completed a 4-hr core course in 2006 or 2007, or who plans to complete the 2009 core course in addition to this package.
