Colorado real estate licensees must complete 24 hours of continuing education every 3 years by the license anniversary date. The 24 hours must include a minimum of 8 credit hours of Colorado Real Estate Commission (CREC) Annual Update Courses (two 4-hour courses) and a minimum of 16 hours of electives.
This package includes the 4-hr core course for 2008, plus all the electives. This package is for the student who already completed a 4-hr core course in 2006 or 2007, or who plans to complete the 2009 core course in addition to this package.
This course is offered through McKissock and the South Metro Denver Realtor Association, but all other bonus materials are offered exclusively by Colorado Real Estate School Online.
