BROKER LICENSES WITH ANNIVERSARY DATE RENEWAL PERIOD

Colorado Education Requirements for License Renewal:

• Complete a minimum of 24 hours of Continuing Education during your license cycle.
• 24 hours must include a minimum of 8 credit hours of Colorado Real Estate Commission (CREC) Annual Update Courses (two 4-hour courses)
• The required 24 hours of education must be completed prior to your license renewal date.

The Colorado Division of Real Estate creates a new 4-hour course every year, which means you must take two different 4-hour courses.  For the 16 hours of electives, any course approved by the Colorado Division of Real Estate is acceptable.
