This course provides an equivalent to the 15-Hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice Update Course of The Appraisal Foundation. It focuses on the recent changes in USPAP over the last few years, and specifically addresses all the new changes in the current edition of USPAP. The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice sets standards for both ethical behavior and competent performance for appraisers.

PLEASE NOTE: The 2006 USPAP course is the most recent version available from The Appraisal Foundation and is valid in 2007 until an update is released. This course is offered in association with McKissock Appraisal School, but you MUST click the link below to be eligible for all of the additional bonus materials included exclusively from Real Estate School Online. This course does not fulfill the 7-hour National USPAP Update requirement. This course is approved to meet the 2008 Appraiser Qualification Criteria.
A proctored exam is required for this course.

- Have the ability to apply the Rules to commonly faced situations
- Have a detailed comprehension of the structure and application of Standards 1 – 10
- Understand the development requirements of Standards 1, 3, 4 and 6
- Understand the relationship of Standards 1 & 2 and the appraisal process
- Understand the reporting requirements of Standards 2, 3, 5 and 6
- Overview of the content of Standards 7, 8, 9 and 10
- Know the role of Statements and how Statements apply to Standards Rules
